Breath of Joy Practice
There’s a breathwork practice we come back to again and again, especially on the days when our energy feels heavy or our minds feel cluttered.
It’s called Breath of Joy.
It’s one of the simplest ways we know to reconnect to a sense of lightness and inner vitality.
The practice blends breath and movement in a way that wakes up the whole system:
⭐️ Stand with your feet hip-width apart and keep your knees soft.
⭐️ Inhale through your nose in three distinct “sips”. With each sip, let your arms move: first forward, then out to the sides, then all the way up overhead.
⭐️ With one strong exhale out of the mouth, bend your knees deeply and swing your arms down and back.
⭐️ Repeat in a flowing, rhythmic way, letting your body lead the pace.
Once you find the rhythm, let it become seamless: breath and movement working as ONE.
We use this whenever we feel stuck, tired, or a little disconnected from ourselves.
It’s like pressing a reset button - mind, body, and spirit all come back online.
If you try it, we hope it brings a little brightness to your day too! 💛
