Refund policy
When you buy an event or retreat on our website, make sure to check out our cancellation policy. It's important that you understand it well and know your options if you need to cancel.
We get that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you can't make it to the event or retreat you booked. If you're sure you can't come, just email us at info@luminous-path.us to cancel. We'll guide you through the cancellation policy and any possible refund.
Our refund policies for our events are as listed below, unless otherwise specified for specific events, ceremonies, or retreats in the documentation on their individual pages on this website.
One Day Ceremonies and Events-
- 95% refund for cancellation made 7 or more days before the ceremony start date
- 50% refund for cancellation made 3-6 days before the ceremony start date
- 0% refund for cancellation made 0-2 days before the ceremony start date
Multi Day Retreats-
- 95% refund for cancellation made 30 or more days before the retreat start date
- 50% refund for cancellation made 15-29 days before the retreat start date
- 0% refund for cancellation made 0-14 days before the retreat start date
Down payments made for multi day retreats are non-refundable.
*Any refunds allowed, will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
If we initiate the cancellation of an event or retreat, participants are entitled to a complete refund amounting to 100% of the original payment.
*It is important to acknowledge that our policies may change, and any modifications will be implemented immediately. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these guidelines.
