* History of myocardial infarction
* Unstable coronary artery disease
* Moderate to severe arrhythmias
* Heart failure
* Cardiac aneurysm
* Known or suspected aneurysm (any location)
* Recent stroke or TIA
* Implanted cardiac devices (pacemaker, defibrillator)

Neurological Conditions
* Epilepsy / seizure disorders
* Brain aneurysm
* Increased intracranial pressure
* Recent traumatic brain injury

Respiratory Conditions
* Severe or uncontrolled asthma
* COPD
* Emphysema
* History of pneumothorax
* Pulmonary embolism

Pregnancy & Postpartum
* Pregnancy (any trimester)
* Immediate postpartum period
* Post-cesarean recovery

Abdominal, Pelvic & Structural Conditions
* Hernias (inguinal, umbilical, hiatal)
* Recent abdominal or pelvic surgery
* Pelvic organ prolapse
* Active ulcers or internal bleeding
* Abdominal aneurysm

Eye, Ear & Pressure-Sensitive Conditions
* Glaucoma
* Retinal detachment
* Recent eye surgery
* Severe inner-ear disorders affecting balance
